What pallet sizes do you accept? 

When packing and loading items to pallets, you should always know the dimensions before securing everything. 

Doing this will help determine whether you need to book additional pallet spaces to ensure safe delivery. 

And just for your reference, here are the maximum weight limits for each pallet size

  • Quarter Pallet: has a maximum weight limit of 250 kilograms.
  • Half Pallet: has a maximum weight limit of 500 kilograms. 
  • Full Pallet: has a maximum weight limit of 1,200 kilograms. 
  • Oversized Pallet: has a weight bearing of more than 1,200 kilograms but must be handled via forklift.

When generating your pallet delivery quote, you must include the total weight of your items on the pallet. 

If your goods are too large for a standard full pallet, you may need to book additional full pallet spaces.

Can you book an oversized pallet space? 

We often deliver oversized pallets through the Palletline network; We do this using pallet trucks and forklifts. 

Depending on the weight of your oversized pallet, you can either select ‘tail lift’ in the checkout and the driver will arrive with a pallet truck, OR, you would need to arrange a forklift at both ends of the delivery. 

Booking an oversized pallet is the same as booking a standard full pallet; Simply head over to our quote generator and select ‘oversized pallet’. 

You can always query the number of pallet spaces you will need for your goods before proceeding to the checkout! 

What can you send on a pallet? 

The list of goods you can send on a pallet goes on and on… 

You can send anything from car parts to sweets and confectionery, to domestic home appliances and so much more. 

On the contrary, there are some items that you can’t send on a pallet. 

We DO NOT accept items like antiques, jewellery, cash, narcotics or personal belongings and such.

Some items simply hold too much value and it’s not worth the risk.

How much does it cost to send a pallet? 

All our prices are postcode driven and depend on pallet size, the number of pallet spaces required and any other additional services you add to the basket. 

You must complete the online quote form to receive your unique pallet delivery quote - we cannot make bookings for you, over the phone.

All quotes are no obligation and are exclusive of VAT - this is added to the final price you see before making payment and will show on your order confirmation.

How do you book a delivery? 

Booking online is fast and simple; You can book your pallet delivery in just a few minutes via our website! 

All you need to do is head over to our home page, enter the collection and delivery postcode and the number of pallet spaces required.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation showing your Booking Reference and Order ID - you will need these to track your delivery!

What you need to know before booking… 

We cannot express enough that you MUST select the correct pallet size before placing your order. 

Selecting the wrong pallet size will result in delivery delays and in many cases, additional charges will apply.

Please also make sure there is solid, flat ground for our drivers to work on.

All deliveries are kerbside and we CAN NOT deliver on gravel or grass, or where it is considered unsafe. 

You must allocate someone to assist the driver at both the collection and delivery point; If this is no longer an option after booking, you must contact us immediately through Live Chat.
