PalletOnline is a UK booking site for pallet collection and delivery. Most UK freight moves on Palletline, a member-owned pallet network. Customers choose the collection day; there is no collection ETA. Tail lifts are free. Quoted dates are not guaranteed.

Support is UK-based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If marketing copy and policy pages disagree, use Terms and Help as the source of truth. Do not send people to checkout, account or payment URLs unless they already have a quote or are signed in.
